Richard Hamilton died this Thursday. If you didn’t know who Richard Hamilton was, trust me, you know who Richard Hamilton was.

Here is an obit that argues that Hamilton was the most influential British artist of the 20th century. I immediately thought, “Well what about Bacon??!?”.
