If you missed the Art Crawl last Saturday night and you’re craving a gallery fix, let me suggest this fun event tomorrow afternoon at Corvidae Collective in The Arcade in downtown Nashville. LORE is an exhibition of work exploring and celebrating fairy tales and folk myths from around the world. I’ve seen a few of the images and the show looks like it will be a hit with gallerygoers who loved the Frist Center’s fairy tales exhibition from a few years back.
The reception is from 2 – 4 P.M. at #11 Arcade. The gallery will be hosting a wine tasting and tarot card reader Kiki Dombrowski will be on hand to give Nashville’s artsy set a glimpse at their own stories in the days to come.

Participating artists include Stephanie Pui-Mun Law (Oakland, CA), Sheri DeBow (Napa, CA), Lindsay Cheeswright (Australia), Terry Montimore (Philadelphia, PA), Brian MacGregor (Savannah, GA), Dion Terry (San Diego, CA), Sam Flegal (Nashville, TN), Karen Short (Nashville, TN), Anjeanette Illustration (Nashville, TN), John Yandall (Nashville, TN), Chris Ousley (Nashville, TN), Kay Meadows (Nashville, TN) and Curt Harbits (Emmaus, PA )
